Arrested to his Marine because Rod is on house arrest! He was a naughty boy so now he has no choice but to stay home and be naughty all day while he waits for Kelly to get back from PT. Kelly is still in the Marines but Rod has been processed out (if that wasn’t obvious by the hardware compliments of the state of Texas).
